Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children at either the welcome dinner or the wedding. We hope you’re able to enjoy a child-free weekend with us.

For babysitting support, please contact your hotel directly, as many can recommend trusted local babysitters. If you are staying at Calcot, the hotel offers a crèche service you can book with (please contact their concierge team). Alternatively, we recommend ELF Sitters or The Hotel Nanny.

We will be providing transportation to and from the welcome dinner, church, and wedding reception. Buses will collect guests from the main hotels with room blocks, as well as from Picket House, should you choose to drive on Saturday. Exact pickup times will be shared closer to the date.

There is parking at the house, but very limited parking at the church. If you are driving, there will be transportation from the house to the church. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact Sally or Emma in advance so we can try to accommodate you.

Yes, there are local taxi companies in the area, including Smart Taxi Cirencester, Forum Taxi, Dawn’s Taxis, Stroud Taxis, A&A Taxis, Wonky’s Wheels, or Express Taxis, Tetbury. We strongly recommend pre-booking taxis in advance. Please note that ride-sharing apps are not available in the area.

The RSVP form will include a space to note any dietary requirements or food allergies. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can pass this on to the catering team.
